Office Hours and Appointments
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am until 5:30pm. We see
patients by appointment only. Please let us know of any special needs you
may have. We are wheel chair accessible, and have them available for use.
For follow-up appointments, it is our recommendation that you schedule your appointments
as far in advance as possible. We make every effort to maintain our scheduled
appointments, however, occasionally emergencies or special circumstances
may cause a delay. In that event, you will be notified, and if you are unable
to wait, the receptionist will reschedule your appointment.
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice.
Our practice is now accepting new patients. Please give some thought to your appointment. It is important for the doctor
to know the order in which your symptoms began, changes in your symptoms, how long it lasts and what makes it come
and go. We will also need to know all of your medication names and dosages.
After your initial interview with the clinical staff, you will be taken into
the exam room to be seen by the doctor. Any recommendations and medication instructions
will be discussed with you. If any additional testing is required, the nurse
will schedule the test. Follow-up appointments will be made by our receptionist.
